| Job Description | · Assist in providing nutritional and dietary advice to Inpatients with complex needs by assessing their nutritional requirements and advising on the most appropriate therapeutic diets and intervention.
· Provide nutritional advice to individuals who visit the hospital as out patient's cross referrals, Health check, Paediatric clinic, Heart check, sports medicine package etc.
· Select type and amount of food for therapeutic diets based on indicated physiological and psychological needs of patients; integrates patient’s needs with basic institutional menus and patient food preferences; indicates mode of feeding for patients; prepares home diet plans for outpatients and in patients. |
