• Perform sperm analysis, preparation techniques, and other andrology lab procedures at Almas Hospital.
• Handle and process semen samples while maintaining laboratory quality standards.
• Operate and maintain specialized laboratory equipment for accurate testing.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and laboratory guidelines.
• Maintain accurate records of test results and prepare reports.
• Collaborate with doctors and fertility specialists to support patient diagnosis and treatment.
• Participate in quality control measures and laboratory improvements.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT), Life Sciences, or a related field.
• Experience in semen analysis, sperm preparation, and andrology procedures.
• Strong knowledge of microscopy, laboratory techniques, and fertility-related testing.
• Ability to handle sensitive patient data with confidentiality.
