| Job Description | Responsibilities:
• Assess and evaluate patients' physical conditions to develop individualized physiotherapy treatment plans at Kailash Hospital.
• Implement effective physiotherapy interventions, including exercise therapy, manual therapy, and electrotherapy, to help patients regain mobility and strength.
• Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families about exercises and lifestyle changes that support recovery and prevent further injury.
• Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to patient care.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, documenting treatment plans, progress, and outcomes.
• Provide post-operative physiotherapy care to help patients recover from surgeries and other medical procedures.
• Assist in the development of patient care protocols and participate in quality improvement initiatives at Kailash Hospital.
• Stay updated on the latest developments in physiotherapy and incorporate best practices into your treatments.
• Participate in community outreach programs and health camps organized by Kailash Hospital to promote physical health and well-being.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy (BPT) from a recognized institution; a higher qualification in a related field is a plus.
• Valid certification or licensure to practice physiotherapy in India.
• 0-3 years of experience in physiotherapy, preferably in a hospital or clinical setting.
• Strong knowledge of physiotherapy techniques, including exercise therapy, manual therapy, and electrotherapy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate approach to patient care.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team at Kailash Hospital.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in maintaining patient records and treatment plans.
