| Job Description | Responsibilities:
• Assess patient conditions and develop customized physiotherapy treatment plans.
• Utilize techniques like exercise therapy, massage, and manual therapy to aid recovery.
• Educate patients and caregivers on preventive measures and home exercises.
• Work in collaboration with Ayurveda practitioners to integrate holistic treatment approaches.
• Monitor progress and adjust therapy plans based on patient response.
• Maintain detailed patient records and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Use modern physiotherapy equipment while ensuring patient safety.
• Guide patients on posture correction and lifestyle modifications for better mobility.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy (BPT/MPT).
• 0-2 years of experience (Freshers can apply).
• Strong understanding of musculoskeletal and neurological rehabilitation.
• Excellent communication and patient-handling skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented setting.
• Knowledge of Ayurvedic rehabilitation methods is a plus. |
