| Job Description | Responsibilities:
• Assisting with the development of curricula and delivering teaching content for nursing courses by adopting robust and innovative teaching-learning methodologies
• Delivering lecture classes, conducting lab simulations and seminars, organize for advanced skill training programs
• Tutoring and academic counselling to students, maintaining class related records, assess students’ coursework, maintain class discipline
• Conduct clinical supervision, set question papers, prepare clinical evaluation tools, assessing students grading assignments, tests, and university exams
• Assist with departmental duties and provide academic support to various Heads of faculty and staff members
Qualifications and Skills:
• A master's degree in the specified fields
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills to plan and deliver lessons effectively
