We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Hospital Accountant to manage the financial operations of our healthcare facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling billing, accounts receivable/payable, payroll, budgeting, and compliance with healthcare financial regulations.
Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports.
Manage hospital billing processes, including patient invoices, insurance claims, and third-party payments.
Oversee accounts receivable and payable, ensuring timely collections and payments.
Monitor cash flow, maintain general ledger, and reconcile bank statements.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
Ensure compliance with tax laws, healthcare regulations, and internal controls.
Coordinate with internal departments and external auditors.
Maintain confidentiality of all financial and patient information.
Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for hospital management. |
