Description:
Schedule and coordinate patient appointments across multiple VA clinics and services
Manage clinic workflows, patient check-in/check-out, and referral tracking
Utilize VA electronic health record systems to update and maintain patient data
Communicate with Veterans regarding appointments, care coordination, and follow-ups
Resolve scheduling conflicts and ensure timely access to care
Support providers and clinical teams with administrative tasks
Ensure compliance with VA policies, privacy, and customer service standards
Assist with reporting, documentation, and workload management
