Description:
Provide nursing support and assist with care for Veterans in a Residential Rehabilitation Treatment Program focusing on mental health and recovery.
Perform a full range of nursing assistant duties under the supervision of RNs/LPNs, including assisting Veterans with activities of daily living, personal hygiene, mobility, and transferring.
Observe and report physical, emotional, behavioral, and psychosocial changes to the nursing team.
Help maintain a therapeutic and structured care environment and participate as part of the treatment team to support recovery goals.
Duties may include assisting with treatments, preparing equipment, implementing programs, and observing infection control procedures
