Description:
✅ Assist licensed nursing staff (RNs/LPNs) in providing care to Veterans in the nursing home/long-term care setting.
✅ Support activities of daily living (ADLs) — bathing, feeding, toileting, dressing, mobility, etc.
✅ Observe and report physical, emotional, and behavioral changes to the care team.
✅ Help maintain safety, hygiene, and comfort of residents.
✅ Sometimes perform basic clinical tasks (vital signs, documentation) under supervision.
