Description:
⭐ Lead and manage the Diagnostic Imaging/Radiology Service at the VA medical center.
⭐ Provide administrative, programmatic, clinical, and academic oversight of radiology services, including supervision of radiology personnel.
⭐ Ensure quality, patient-focused care and compliance with accrediting standards.
⭐ Plan, direct, organize, and coordinate radiology activities (including nuclear medicine).
⭐ Participate in education and training with affiliated medical schools (e.g., LSU and Tulane).
