An opportunity is available for a Social Worker to join the Intellectual Disability Service within a Medium Secure Forensic Inpatient setting. Provide specialist psychosocial assessment, care coordination, advocacy, and support for individuals with intellectual disabilities, working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary forensic mental health team to promote recovery, safety, and wellbeing.
