Description:
Provide comprehensive urologic services to Veterans, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of urologic diseases and conditions.
Perform surgical procedures and clinical care in both outpatient and inpatient settings.
Participate in pre-operative and post-operative care, including consults, histories and physical exams, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
Work with interdisciplinary teams — including nursing, anesthesiology, mid-level providers, and support staff — to deliver high-quality care.
Provide guidance and oversight to mid-level providers in the Urology service.
Participate in committees, peer review programs, and resident training (if applicable).
