Description:
Candidates must hold a Master’s degree in Psychology or Social Work, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, and be actively registered or eligible for full (non-provisional) registration with the appropriate regulatory college. Applicants should bring a minimum of five years’ experience in mental health assessment and intervention, including psychosocial interventions, along with extensive knowledge of addictions and mental illness. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience in addictions and mental health treatment, five years of supervisory and mentoring experience, and proven expertise in procedure development, Motivational Interviewing, and direct clinical supervision.
