Candidates must be graduates of a recognized healthcare program with a Baccalaureate degree or equivalent and hold current registration with the Alberta College of Medical Diagnostic and Therapeutic Technologists (ACMDTT) or another applicable Alberta-regulated health profession. The ideal applicant will demonstrate excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, be self-directed and highly motivated, and possess strong analytical, organizational, planning, teaching, decision-making, and financial management abilities. Proven experience in strategic planning, project and program management, along with a deep understanding of healthcare systems, change management, quality improvement, and clinical practice guidelines, is essential. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in implementing clinical software systems, leading multidisciplinary teams, and building strong partnerships with frontline staff, medical leaders, administrators, and external stakeholders, making this an outstanding opportunity for healthcare leadership and clinical management roles in Alberta.
