Description:
Applicants must hold a Baccalaureate Degree in Health, Science, Administration, or a related field, with a minimum of five years’ experience in health research, preferably within a clinical trial environment. Candidates should also demonstrate at least five years of progressive leadership experience at a manager or equivalent level, along with proven expertise in project and program management, program design, development, and implementation, and budget, funding, and revenue oversight. Strong stakeholder engagement and people management skills are essential, as is experience managing complex organizational change, time, and priorities.
