Description:
Ensures that consultations and psychotherapy are aligned with MedGrocer’s scheduling system and teleconsultation protocols
Collaborates with the Mental Health team for client triaging and escalations, and develops holistic mental health interventions for clients
Coordinates with the Mental Health team and company representatives to align on protocols, provide operational reports, and assist in other requests related to the mental health program
Assesses clients’ mental and emotional well-being through wellness check-ins and emergency handling
Monitors program effectiveness and suggests necessary improvements to further develop current systems
