Description:
As Senior Clinical Psychologist, you will provide leadership and deliver Prosperβs psychology service in accordance with professional standards and organisational policies. The role requires a clinician who is passionate about supporting adults with intellectual disabilities and who possesses strong expertise in Autism, Positive Behaviour Support, and Mental Health.
Essential Requirements
β’ A recognised postgraduate qualification in Clinical Psychology (PSI-recognised and validated by the Department of Health).
β’ A minimum of three yearsβ satisfactory post-graduate experience as a Clinical Psychologist, including experience working with adults with an intellectual disability.
β’ A highly positive, progressive, and person-centred approach to all aspects of clinical practice.
β’ Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of an interdisciplinary team.
β’ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
β’ Commitment to partnership working with service users, carers, staff, and wider stakeholders.
β’ Full, clean driving licence and access to own vehicle.
