Description:
In this role, you will play a key part in the hands-on, day-to-day operational management of a large and fast-paced clinical service. You will collaborate closely with subspecialty multidisciplinary teams, driving continuous improvement to meet health targets and enhance patient care and overall service experience.
Your responsibilities will include supporting project delivery, monitoring and achieving performance targets, coordinating timetable adjustments, ensuring appropriate leave coverage, and providing effective leadership and oversight for the administration team. This position requires strong organisational skills, proactive problem-solving, and a commitment to operational excellence in a dynamic healthcare environment.
