Description:
The Charge Nurse – Haematology Day Stay Unit provides clinical and operational leadership within a specialised outpatient/day stay service. This role oversees day-to-day unit operations, staff coordination, patient flow, and clinical governance while delivering expert nursing care to patients receiving haematology treatments. Working closely with medical, nursing, and allied health teams, the Charge Nurse ensures safe, efficient, and patient-centred care, supports staff development, and drives quality improvement initiatives within the unit.
