Description:
An exciting opportunity is available for a Social Worker to join Mental Health Services, with incentives offered. This role provides psychosocial assessment, therapeutic intervention, crisis support, and care coordination for individuals experiencing mental health challenges. Working within multidisciplinary teams, the Social Worker delivers recovery-oriented, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive care while supporting individuals, families, and carers across community and/or inpatient mental health settings.
