The Pharmacist – Cancer Services provides specialist clinical pharmacy support across oncology care pathways. Responsibilities include safe preparation and dispensing of anticancer medicines, chemotherapy verification, patient counselling, therapeutic drug monitoring, participation in multidisciplinary cancer care teams, and supporting evidence-based, patient-centred oncology treatment to improve outcomes and safety.
