Description:
Applicants must hold a Degree in Physical Therapy from a recognized institution and have a minimum of two (2) years of recent, relevant clinical experience, along with current full registration as a Physiotherapist with the College of Health and Care Professionals of British Columbia (CHCPBC). Eligibility for membership with the Canadian Physical Therapy Association (CPA) or the Physiotherapy Association of British Columbia (PABC) is required. The ideal candidate will demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of physiotherapy theory and evidence-based clinical practice within a resident- and family-centred model of care, supported by a strong understanding of CHCPBC standards of practice and professional guidelines. Proven expertise in interdisciplinary healthcare collaboration, gerontology, chronic disease management, and the use of standardized physiotherapy assessments, tests, and outcome measures is essential for delivering high-quality care in residential and community healthcare settings.
