Description:
Candidates must have completed Grade 12 education and possess a minimum of two (2) years of recent, relevant work experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. The ideal applicant will demonstrate strong keyboarding proficiency of at least 40 words per minute (wpm) and a solid working knowledge of medical terminology, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proven ability to interact professionally and effectively with patients, healthcare teams, and the public, maintain physical stamina to perform job-related duties, and organize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced healthcare environment is essential. Experience in operating standard office and clinical equipment further supports success in this role.
