Description:
Applicants must have graduated from a recognized Practical Nursing program or possess an equivalent combination of education, training, and clinical experience, along with current full practicing registration as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM) and a valid Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams, and the physical capability to perform all required nursing duties. Strong skills in organizing workload efficiently, adapting to a fast-paced healthcare environment, and safely operating medical and clinical equipment are essential for delivering high-quality, patient-centred care.
