Description:
✔ Perform initial medical histories and physical exams on Veterans (new and established).
✔ Provide and coordinate comprehensive primary care for patients across care settings.
✔ Conduct periodic physicals and screenings to assess health care needs.
✔ Order labs, tests, and consultations per established clinical protocols.
✔ Draw blood and perform selected procedures when needed.
✔ Counsel and educate Veterans and families on preventive care and conditions.
