Description:
Candidates must have graduated from a recognized Practical Nursing program or possess an equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant clinical experience, along with current full practicing registration as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM). The ideal applicant will demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills, the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams, and the physical capability to perform all required nursing duties. Proven skills in organizing workload efficiently, adapting to a fast-paced healthcare environment, and safely operating medical and clinical equipment are essential for success in this role.
