Description: Ensure smooth running of dept services by providing administrative and clerical support. Liaise with other clinical and non-clinical depts as well as external parties in support of all GM doctors providing clinical services. Handles GM dept weekly meetings and teaching schedules. Organizes GM folders and ensure up to date info in Sharepoint. Cross covering of duties during absences, minimally one staff must be around during all office hours. Supporting other miscellaneous duties as guided by HOD e.g. supporting dept retreat, farewell lunches, GP events and mandatory MOH exercises. Managing MOHH doctors (MOPEX/HOPEX/SR/JR) including and not limited to welcome packs, IT access and issues, mandatory e-Learn completion and SMC testimonials. .
