Description: Operate and maintain relevant laboratory equipment. Ensure maintenance charts and documentation are kept up to date. Assist the Section Leader with preparations for department inspections conducted by various licensing, regulatory and accrediting agencies. Participate actively in quality improvement activities. Assist in the co-supervision / co-training of staff. Assist to organize, coordinate and provide continuing education to colleagues. Any other duties assigned by the Section Leader or Head of Service.
