Description: 1. Perform activities in the pharmacy area according to hospital polices and directives, Standard practices of the profession and pharmacy legislation. 2. Monitor drug therapy as assigned by medical staff, suggest alternative drug therapy when appropriate. 3. Supervise staff compounding, label and package medications and pharmaceuticals. 4. Ensure medications are dispensed with clear instructions and correct labeling to patients.
