Description: Banksia welcomes applications from experienced Oncology Registered Nurses to join our team on a permanent part time basis (0.6EFT - 0.8EFT). As a Community Palliative Care Nurse, you will be responsible for the delivery of holistic care to the clients within an interdisciplinary model, which includes support for family and carers. You will provide in-home visits to clients, complete comprehensive assessments and implement management plans to optimise quality of life. If you are passionate about palliative care and community working models, have excellent interpersonal skills and enjoy working as part of a multi-disciplinary team, we would love to hear from you!
