Description: Support the planning, coordination and evaluation of services and staff under the guidance of the Digital Health Management Team. Provide support, direction, orientation and training to Digital Health Clinicians (Registered Nurses and General Practitioners working across the GP Helpline and Healthdirect/NURSE-ON-CALL helplines). Model compassionate, patient-focused care and a culture of excellence. Support quality assurance, policy development and management of action research projects. Deliver direct and comprehensive care and manage complex case care where required. Champion digital health innovation, clinical governance and data-informed practice.
