Description: Aura Lifestyle Services PTY LTD (Aura) is seeking casual support workers for participants living in Brisbane and the surrounding suburbs. Regular rostered hours include week days, weekends and sometimes overnight shifts. As a Virtual Health Clinician, you will provide clear advice and guide callers about whether they should seek urgent medical attention or safely manage their condition at home. You’ll use your acute or emergency background to: Conduct comprehensive telephone triage and clinical assessments Provide accurate health advice across all age groups and clinical presentations Determine urgency and recommend the most appropriate care pathway Refer callers to services including GPs, Urgent Care Clinics, or Virtual Emergency Departments
