Description: Conducting virtual consultations via phone and video for general health concerns, chronic conditions, and acute presentations Providing prescriptions, referrals, pathology requests, and ongoing treatment plans Reviewing structured patient histories before consultations to improve clinical efficiency Carrying out follow-ups and long-term care management, ensuring continuity of care Supporting a diverse patient base, including individuals in regional and remote areas who may have limited access to in-person care Setting your own schedule, with a minimum commitment of 6 hours per week (up to full-time availability)
