Description: Provide high standards of nursing care. Provide dedicated service with respect to patients’ spiritual and cultural beliefs. Adhere to Patient Safety Goals in compliance with the standards set by the Ministry of Health. Be a fast learner and computer literate. Perform all other duties of a Registered Staff Nurse Practitioner. Manage the department to ensure efficient and effective daily operational activities. Provide supervision and guidance to junior nurses to ensure a high standard of nursing care is provided. Undertake special responsibilities for the Operation Theatre Unit. Plan and manage patient care in the department to fulfill and exceed customer satisfaction.
