Description: Management of department to ensure efficient and effective daily operational activities: Respond to changing activity & patient dependency by optimum management of available resources Perform patient assessment and anticipate potential risk & execute appropriate action to ensure patient safety. Demonstrate operational knowledge of nursing procedures. Assisting unit manager and act as a preceptor to provide orientation to new staff according to the orientation programmes.
