Description: · Graduate of a Ministry of Health recognized University of a College of Pharmacy, B. Pharm Degree/ B. Science (Pharmacy). Registration by the Pharmacy Board, Ministry of Health as Registered Pharmacist and possesses a valid Annual Retention Certificate Issued by the Pharmacy Board. · Shall be a registered pharmacist by the Pharmacy Division, Ministry of Health, Capable of obtaining a poison license to practice in the hospital pharmacy premises. · Shall have a minimum of four (4) years experience in hospital pharmacy practice. · Knowledge in purchasing and inventory control. · Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and Bahasa Malaysia
