Description: Plans, provides and evaluates nursing care according to patient's needs, cardiologist's/ radiologist's orders and hospital policies. Upholds hospital nursing standards in documentation, treatment, patient monitoring and infection control. Keeps Senior Nurse Manager/ Nurse Manager / Cardiologist/ Radiologist informed on patient’s condition, treatment/ intervention and outcome. Takes active measures to ensure the safety of patients. Report all occurrence incidents to Ward or Senior Nurse Manager / Nurse Manager-on-Call Works cooperatively with other Hospital Departments to provide holistic patient care. Ensures accurate billing procedures.
