Description: Develop and support the smooth running of clinical services Lead and supervise nursing unit, to ensure patients received quality and safe care Development and retention of nurses in partnership with nursing teams and HR department Conduct performance evaluation of nursing staff Hold responsibility, coordinate and implement staff orientation, in service training and staff development program Effectively communicate the Hospital’s vision, mission and values to nursing staff Assess competency mix across the unit Ensure that the system of clinical policies and procedures are in line, thus guiding nursing practice
