Description: Develop Physiotherapy strategies aligned with NHG/IMH objectives Manage daily operations, budgets, and departmental KPIs Recruit, supervise, and develop Physiotherapy staff to ensure effective performance and optimal productivity to timely address patient needs Represent department in hospital meetings and committees which includes working with Senior Management in the implementation of strategic intents for IMH Provide patient care and clinical supervision including overseeing clinical supervision of Physiotherapists to build expertise and elevate standards of care Ensure compliance with professional standards and policies and keeping abreast of changes and latest developments in Physiotherapy for recommendation
