Description: 1. Clinical Duties Perform health screening procedures such as: Vital signs assessment ECG Audiometry Phlebotomy (blood taking) Urine sample handling Height/weight/BMI/body composition analysis Assist doctors during clinical examinations and counselling sessions. Maintain strict compliance with infection control and patient safety standards (MSQH/JCI standards). 2. Operational Management Oversee daily workflow of the health screening centre to ensure efficiency and minimal waiting time. Coordinate patient movement between stations. Monitor appointment schedules and manage high-volume corporate screenings. Ensure timely reporting and release of medical check-up results. 3. Leadership & Supervision Supervise, coach, and mentor junior nurses, health screening assistants, or new staff. Assign duties and manage staff roster within the HS department. Act as the shift/team leader and point-of-contact during operations. 4. Quality Assurance & Compliance Ensure all procedures comply with hospital SOPs, MSQH/JCI standards, and regulatory requirements. Check equipment calibration and functionality (ECG machines, audiometer, spirometer, etc.).
