Description: Degree in Pharmacy Minimum 3 – 5 years’ experience in hospital pharmacy Registered Pharmacist with the Malaysian Board of Pharmacy. Possess a poison license (License A) to practice in the hospital pharmacy premises. Familiar with hospital practices, guidelines, and regulations in relation to compounding and apportioning medications. Adequate knowledge of business in relation to the organization of a hospital pharmacy. Able to work independently. Able to lead the team and work under pressure with minimum supervision Good communication and interpersonal skills
