Product Development Manager

Description: Oversee the end-to-end product development for health products, concept validation, prototyping, clinical testing, regulatory clearance, and commercial launch. Drive cross-functional collaboration with R&D, marketing and supply chain teams to define precise product specifications, milestone timelines, and core deliverables. Conduct market research, trend forecasting, analyze direct competitors’ trend, and feasibility assessments to pinpoint high potential opportunities. Manage project scope, allocate resources strategically, and control budgets to ensure cost efficient development. Documentation maintenance of product and raw material information.
