Development Scientist (Traditional Chinese Medicine Health Products)

Description: Independently responsible for conducting feasibility studies on traditional Chinese medicine health products (including drugs and health supplements), formula selection and verification, writing project reports, and driving decision-making. Systematically conduct literature tracing, data mining, and in-depth formula analysis of classic traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions and clinical formulas, clarifying their compatibility rules, therapeutic effects, and modern scientific connotations, thereby laying a theoretical foundation for product development. Provide professional technical support to departments such as pharmacology and toxicology, clinical research, registration, and market planning. Participate in communication regarding clinical research programs during the product development process, providing consumers with guidance on preventive healthcare and clinical medication from a traditional Chinese medicine perspective.
