Marketing Account Manager ( Pharmacist )
Description: Meet with account to establish account scope and budget once per month
Develop marketing campaigns for both traditional and digital media
Oversee each phase to ensure team meets deadlines set with the account
Evaluate marketing campaigns for effectiveness
Ensuring account interactivity through daily stories within the area of interest for both business and personal perspective (an average of 14 per day )
Market analysis to competitors, highlight the USP of his/her account and how to capitalize that against the competitor.
Innovate in the content calendar to serve the account strategic plan ahead
Enhance copywriting skills to provide a content for posting
Assisting the creative team with the design of promotional materials
Monitoring social media and company website metrics
Suggesting new ways to promote company offerings and to reach consumers
Developing and implementing marketing plan
Promoting brand awareness through marketing efforts
Supporting the marketing team with marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas including optimization, advertising, social media , direct marketing and event planning
Assisting with the analyses of marketing data as, campaign results, conversion rates and online traffic in order to improve marketing strategies and campaigns
Develop and execute marketing initiatives to appeal to target audience using appropriate channels such as social media and traditional media
Develop means of measuring effectiveness of marketing and promotional campaigns, including advertising and communications strategies
Analysing the effectiveness of digital strategies by tracking metrics such as conversion rates
Writing reports on digital advertising campaign performance on a monthly or weekly basis
Setting media buying plan and strategy
Coordinating with outside and external partners as agencies, art services, web designer, marketing, print houses and colleagues as necessary
Communicating with clients about layout and design
Developing social media content plans that are consistent with the company’s brand identity
Creating consistent, meaningful content on all social media platforms, including writing and editing social media posts, improving customer engagement, and promoting social media campaigns
Managing a high volume of daily social media posts
Communicating with social media followers, including responding to queries in a timely manner
Developing and managing social influencer programs and attending social influencer events
Using analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite Pro, and Facebook Insights to monitor and evaluate the company’s social media presence and performance
Preparing monthly reports on social media marketing efforts
Suggesting recommendations to adjust the social media marketing strategy for optimal results
Staying up to date on best practices and emerging trends in social media
Performing other duties when needed
Meeting with the internal team to brainstorm and define the advertising strategy and requirements
