Description: Support the smooth operation of clinical services and ensure the delivery of safe, high-quality patient care Provide comprehensive nursing care at ward level, with particular attention to critically ill patients Deliver total patient care and implement safety measures to maintain safe clinical practice Maintain accurate, timely, and complete medical documentation in accordance with hospital policies Provide health education to patients and their families to support recovery and well-being Adhere to hospital policies and international standards for infection prevention and control Comply with hospital occupational safety and health guidelines at all times Maintain effective communication with medical staff, patients, and relatives to support coordinated care Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors
