Description: The SMO in the NICU/PICU and Pediatrics & Neonatology Department is responsible for providing high-quality medical care for critically ill neonates, infants, and children. This role supports clinical operations under the guidance of consultants, leads departmental activities in their absence, and ensures effective, evidence-based practices in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) and general pediatric settings.
