Description: Anatomical Molecular Laboratory (ATOM) is a laboratory under the Department of Anatomical Pathology in Singapore General Hospital. The laboratory performs clinical profiling of cancers using next generation sequencing platforms and is also equipped to perform more conventional PCR based molecular assays. Besides clinical testing of patients’ samples, ATOM (formerly known as the Translation Pathology Centre) also actively collaborates with other partners in translational research of both neoplastic and non-neoplastic diseases.
