Nurse Manager

Description: Lead, supervise, and mentor nursing teams to deliver high-quality patient care across all departments, including Emergency, Operating Theatres, ICU, Radiology, and Outpatient Clinics Develop, implement, and regularly review nursing policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and accreditation standards Oversee daily nursing operations, including staff scheduling, workforce planning, resource allocation, and workflow optimization to ensure efficient service delivery Collaborate closely with physicians, allied health professionals, and administrative teams to promote interdisciplinary communication and coordinated, patient-centered care Supervise the development and execution of individualized, evidence-based patient care plans, ensuring accurate and timely clinical documentation Monitor nursing performance through regular evaluations, providing constructive feedback, coaching, and professional development support Manage the recruitment, onboarding, training, and retention of nursing staff to build a competent, motivated, and high-performing team Address and resolve patient and family concerns promptly and professionally to maintain high levels of satisfaction and trust Ensure strict adherence to infection control policies, patient safety standards, and quality assurance measures across the facility Participate in budget planning, inventory control, and procurement of nursing supplies and equipment to support safe and cost-effective operations
