Description: MBBS and fully registered with the Singapore Medical Council (SMC) Postgraduate qualifications preferred: Graduate Diploma in Family Medicine (GDFM) MMed (Family Medicine) At least 3–5 years of local clinical experience in a hospital and/or primary care setting Comfortable with use of IT systems and digital health platforms
