Description: Patient evaluation: Diagnose and assess joint disorders such as osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, avascular necrosis, and trauma-related damage. Surgical procedures: Perform total knee replacement (TKR), total hip replacement (THR), and revision surgeries. Pre- and post-operative care: Plan assessments, oversee rehabilitation, and manage recovery. Diagnostic interpretation: Read and analyze X-rays, CT scans, and MRIs. Complication management: Handle surgical complications and ensure proper follow-up. Collaboration: Work closely with anesthesiologists, physiotherapists, nurses, and other specialists. Supervision: Guide junior doctors, residents, and OT staff. Documentation: Maintain accurate patient records and surgical notes. Compliance: Adhere to hospital protocols, infection control policies, and ethical medical standards.
